IT Recruiter - remote possible

EliteBrains is looking for an experienced recruiter who has been focused on hiring IT roles such as software developers, analysts, testers.

Job description

You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process which consists of:

• matching candidates with client's requirements
• getting in touch with selected candidates
• picking and testing the best talent, introducing them to the clients
• managing and planning the interviews and
• looking for new, potential clients using Linkedin, Crunchbase and other useful platforms
• taking care of complete satisfaction of both client and candidate till the end of their cooperation.

Besides the recruitment process you will:

• be creating the content for online marketing campaigns targeting the software developers,
• work with the newest software such as marketing automation software, applicant tracking system and other,
• prepare and execute the strategy for constant enlarging of our database.

Remote way of cooperation

It is not important whether you are based in Prague or anywhere else in the world. If you live in Prague, we will meet few times a month to discuss the strategy, the rest of your work can be done from your home. If you live in a different city and country, we will replace personal meetings with a Skype/Zoom calls.

We expect you to:

• have the experience in IT recruitment
• orient yourself in IT terms, know the IT roles such as software develop, analyst, project manager, tester
• know the list of the most common frameworks and languages such as Java, PHP, Node.js, Javascript, Python and others
• have the energy to use all of your experience into building a world-wide, innovative platform connecting software developers with tech companies
